★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gerente es muy amable y a pesar de tener mucha gente, lo cual muchas veces genera tardanza en trámites ayudan bastante cuando uno necesita ir a sucursal. Dan opciones a soluciones no posibles y apoyan cuando hay alguna necesidad. El servicio en general de Telmex no es muy bueno pero el servicio al cliente de los agentes es bueno. Siempre me ha tocado con personas sonrientes y dispuestas a explicar la situación.
The manager is very friendly and despite having many people, which often causes delays in procedures, they help a lot when one needs to go to the branch. They give options to solutions that are not possible and support when there is a need. Telmex's service in general is not very good, but customer service from the agents is good. I have always had people smiling and willing to explain the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena experiencia con el internet, ya tenemos 10 meses con éste servicio de internet en casa y de verdad que nunca nos a fallado con 3 video llamadas de 8 am a 2 30pm y en ocasiones viendo películas en Netflix o Disney y no se interrumpe, buena velocidad de subida y bajada ( carga y descarga de archivos ).
