Fui a cancelar mi servicio entregando el modem y según me dijeron me lo iba a cobrar y posteriormente me lo iban a reembolsar, lo cual es algo raro y tonto pues si lo estas regresando y no tienes saldo vencido porque lo cobrarian en la siguiente factura. La gerente se lavo las manos diciendo que ellos no manejan esa parte y así es su sistema, les recomiendo vayan a de Monrovia 421, Portales o universidad es mucho mejor la atención y cada tramite lo hacen muy rápido.

Puedes estacionarte dentro de sus instalaciones, trámites de aclaraciones, reclamos, pagos, contrataciones, cambio de módems.
Atiendes regularmente rápido, llegar a módulo de información y de ahí te canalizan con ficha a dónde te deberán atender.
Buen servicio.
