Resulta que la oficina local estaba cerrada por la contingencia y por telefono me dijeron que tenía 60 dias para entregar el modem. Resulta que en mi siguiente recibo ya me lo estaban cobrando. Finalmente abrieron la oficina, entregué el modem y no me dieron comprobante de recibido por mas de que insisti. Ahora tengo que regresar a aclarar la situacion porque en el tel 800 de telmex dicen que no hay registro de entrega. Increible. Me cambié de compañía porque me estaban cobrando 10 megas y solo me estaban dando 3.
Appalling. I canceled the service and they asked me to deliver the modem. It turns out that the local office was closed due to the contingency and they told me by phone that I had 60 days to deliver the modem. It turns out that my next receipt was already charging me. Finally they opened the office, I handed over the modem and they did not give me proof of receipt for more than I insisted. Now I have to go back to clarify the situation because on tel 800 telmex they say there is no delivery record. Amazing. I changed company because they were charging me 10 megs and they were only giving me 3.
