★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen poco personal ay que hacer fila para poder realizar el pago y son filas de más de 10 personas en mi opinión personal deberían poder pagar en caja ya que seria más rápido porque algunas personas no saben bien el funcionamiento de los cajeros y eso hace que se más tardado mientras que dentro de sucursal solo atienden dudas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el de Telmex. Trate de solicitar apoyo vía telefónica y solo me contesta una grabación diciendo que mi trámite lo harían vía WhatsApp, en WhatsApp me dicen que me comunicaran vía telefónica y en vía telefónica me mandan nuevamente a WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuevamente en Telmex, xq no tengo línea telefónica desde el 19 de abril, los técnicos no han acudido. Le comento a joven q me atiende q sigo sin línea, tenemos más de 50 años con el servicio y nunca habíamos tenido este problema. Le recalcó q ya no tarda en llegar el recibo de pago y obviamente vendrá con el pago total del servicio. Le comento q el servicio lo tenemos por los adultos mayores que hay en casa, pero q ya hasta ellos están utilizando el celular, y me dice q si quiero cancelar la línea entonces puedo quedarme únicamente con el Internet. Yo como prestador de servicios le digo q ellos como empresa deben hacer q el cliente este satisfecho y no dejarlo ir, xq la competencia cada día es más fuerte.
