El peor servicio de telefonía y Internet en México. Cada vez que hacemos una queja nos cambian de modem y la conexión e Internet fallan constantemente. 6 veces se ha cambiado el modem y es un desastre cada vez peor.
The worst telephone and Internet service in Mexico. Every time we make a complaint they change our modem and the connection and the Internet constantly fail. 6 times the modem has been changed and it is a worse and worse disaster.

Como tal el personal, muy bien. El servicio es horrible. Llevo 8 meses con un servicio inútil. 3 Cambios de módem, cambio de lugar en casa para ver si ahora si funciona bn el internet. Que horror! Pesimo es hoy en día telmex. Me cambiaria de compañia pero mi colonia solo tiene convenio con telmex ?
As such the staff, very good. The service is horrible. I have been using useless service for 8 months. 3 Changes of modem, change of place at home to see if now the internet works well. How awful! Pesimo is today telmex. I would change companies but my neighborhood only has an agreement with telmex ?

Con un espacio reducido y una atención y resolución de problemas del mismo tamaño está sucursal es de las peores experiencias siempre que me ha tocado visitarla, la atención del personal que trabaja allí lo hace de una manera tan indiferente y no es de hoy es de siempre, puntualmente el gerente que ahora dirige esta sucursal no tiene autoridad para tomar decisiones y sus competencias técnicas dejan mucho que decir... TELMEX me hizo el cobro de 14 meses de hbo (servicio que ko contrate) con cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito y resulta que cuando voy a reclamar solo pueden reembolsar 3 meses el resto te dicen que es parte de su política, en realidad que es una mala experiencia ir a perder el tiempo a este tipo de sucursales y si lo intentan vía telefónica tal vez corran con la misma suerte. Mi recomendación es que revisen cada mes a detalle su recibo por que es un hecho que hacen cargos extras y le apuestan a su sistema burocrático para que desistas de la queja... de todo lo publicado mantengo evidencia.

El servicio fue muy bueno, no había mucha gente por lo que me atendieron rápido aunque hay personal reducido por la pandemia.

He sido paciente al máximo con Telmex , pero hoy se termino. 1° NO se cambien a Telmex negocio por nada . Quedense en Google. 2° NO contraten Servicios . como Dish, HBO , etc con cargo a su recibo Telmex. Yo contrate Dish y tuve que cancelar. Dish dice que YA FACTURAN MI SERVICIO a Telmex , pero ellos siguen coibrabdo. 3° Si, lo hacen., verifiquen que los instaladores SEPAN que es loq eu van a hacer y que instalen lo correcto y en forma correcta , que no les dejen el un problema, por que para que lo corrijan , es un calvario. Tienen un verdadero lio, ni la gerente es de ayuda. "Hable con Dish" cuando el problema es que Telemex sigue cobrando los servicios cancelados OJO . NO telmex Negocio .- NO servicios con cargo a Telmex . CUIDADO
