J	Janice Vega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el 07 de marzo se solicitó servicio de Internet y línea telefónica, no han venido los técnicos, tengo el video de la cámara de seguridad en donde vino uno, se bajó del carro, camino media cuadra no sé para qué y regreso de nuevo a su carro, a sentarse por 40 min... Nunca llego al domicilio a realizar la instalación. He realizado llamadas a la línea telmex, y enviado DM por twitter, no me dan ninguna solución. No tiene caso seguir solicitando la instalación, que mal servicio la verdad, y lo malo que no puedo contratar a otro proveedor de servicios de Internet y telefonía, ya que Telmex tiene la concesión del fraccionamiento.... Es fecha que no se ha presentado ni el técnico o supervisor a reparar la falla tengo 6 números de reporte y según lo ponen como urgente y tengo más de 2 meses sin el servicio. Ademas que ya se envió hasta correo electrónico y nada, como que a la empresa le vale un cacahuate lo qué pasa, pero sus recibos de cobro bien puntuales que llegan. Ahora me pregunto si en realidad fuera una emergencia cuánto tiempo más tendrá que pasar para reparar la línea? ?tendrá que pasar más meses o años?
