Atención y el trato a los clientes muy bueno en la línea que venden les falla mucho yo e reportado mi wifi como cincuenta veces es poco me han cambiado mi módem 4 veces y funciona muy bien lo que no funcionan son las líneas o los empleados porque si no tienen el número de reporte no te atienden si la empresa sabe que va a cierta colonia ve y checa los reporte que hay en esa colonia y así ahorrarían tiempo y abarcaría más clientes con fallo en sus líneas esa es mi opinión pero les falla mucho no saben que la empresa no lo sabe o se hacen pen......sativos saludos y bendiciones
