I don't know where Telmex hires those subjects who provide customer service by phone; Osvaldo Negrete attended me, I asked him to leave my service and sign up at another address! A week passed and nothing, I called again to find out what was happening! And it turns out that this person did another procedure except the one I requested, how barbaric!
