El cable de fibra optica de mi casa se cortó, he estado solicitando desde el día 6 de Julio que por favor vengan a mi domicilio a reparar internet, lo único que responden es en 48 horas, y ya van 8 días sin internet y hoy nuevamente me dicen en 48 horas. NO CUMPLEN.
Debo agregar que no es problema del servicio de atención al cliente, ya que ellos atienden muy bien y estan prontos a tratar de resolver los problemas, pero el sistema no les está funcionando porque las personqs del servicio técnico no llegan.
 They do not solve problems. The fiber optic cable in my house was cut, I have been requesting since July 6 that they please come to my home to repair the internet, the only answer is in 48 hours, and they have been without internet for 8 days and today again they tell me in 48 hours. DO NOT COMPLY.
I must add that it is not a customer service problem, since they serve very well and are ready to try to solve problems, but the system is not working for them because the technical service people do not arrive.
