NO PIENSAN EN EL CLIENTE...LA ESPERA PARA UNA ACLARACION SUPERA LOS 50MINUTOS, PORQUE ES LA MISMA ESPERA DE CONTRATOS NUEVOS O CANCELACIONES, INCREIBLE QUE TE HAGAN PERDER EL TIEMPO FORMANDOTE EN LA ENTRADA AFUERA DE LA SUCURSAL A 40 GRADOS!!! PARA VER QUE ASUNTO QUIERES TRATAR Y AL FINAL TE ENVIAN A LAS MISMAS VENTANILLAS! PESIMO SERVICIO. EL PRINCIPIO BASICO DE ATENDER AL CLIENTE NO LO CONOCEN. ELLOS LES INTERESA CUMPLIR SUS HORARIOS, SALIR A COMER E IRSE... EL CLIENTE NO LES IMPORTA.
THERE IS NO PARKING, ILLOGICAL!! THEY HAVE IT BUT CLOSED!! THEY DON'T THINK ABOUT THE CUSTOMER...THE WAIT FOR A CLARIFICATION EXCEEDS 50 MINUTES, BECAUSE IT IS THE SAME WAIT FOR NEW CONTRACTS OR CANCELLATIONS, UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY MAKE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME FORMING YOU AT THE ENTRANCE OUTSIDE THE BRANCH AT 40 DEGREES!!! TO SEE WHAT SUBJECT YOU WANT TO TREAT AND IN THE END THEY SEND YOU TO THE SAME WINDOWS! TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE BASIC PRINCIPLE OF ATTENDING THE CUSTOMER IS NOT KNOWN. THEY ARE INTERESTED IN KEEPING THEIR SCHEDULES, GOING OUT TO EAT AND LEAVE... THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T CARE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasé por está sucursal hace unos días ya que la aplicación no jalo el pago en automático como siempre, y bueno, en este caso solo hice uso de la zona de terminales de cobro automático, de las cuales solo la del inicio y final funcional (las de los extremos) y las de en medio según esto no. El pago solo es en efectivo y dan cambio. Se supone que pueden escanear los códigos de barras del recibo pero al menos a mi ninguna me funcionó, así que terminó siendo con el código de barras. El edificio y dónde estuve no luce precisamente conservado y limpio, pero bueno, al menos 50% funcional.
