The employees here are not trained at all. Incompetence would be an understatement. They are not interested in helping and have zero answers. If there was a faster internet in town they would cease to exist. I cant stress how great it is that computers will replace this kind of customer service nightmare......

When I first got on to their service, I thought they were the worst internet service in the history of mankind! However, after about 6 months of being patient with them (because there was no one else to use) the service slowly got better. So far, the service is good!

The best thing I can say is that they are now open for in-person service and questions. You may have to jump few hoops depending on your needs but it usually can be accomplished.

waited 7 days for a 5 minute fix for my service. was told 3 times I was on the emergency list. in a different casa. Now trying to get anyone but them,apparently they have a wall of guards not letting anyone else in the fraccs. . very disappointed ,but tomorrow i will go ask to get hooked up only ppl in town. .

José really knows what he's doing! He had the modem installed and our internet service running in no time. He even called us a few days later to see if we were having any problems. Very pleased with Telmex service.

The service is okay at best, incredibly slow internet with no plans on making it faster. I’ve been into the store numerous times asking for a faster connection and they won’t provide it. “The servers aren’t fast enough in your area.” Is a favorite excuse of the company, honestly? Worst ISP I’ve ever used and can’t believe how horrible the service is. I’m only using it because it’s all we have here, hopefully that changes soon.

Giving two stars instead of zero stars, because of the assistance, via telephone, of Angelica during my visit there to sign up for Internet service. She assisted me on the phone because there wasn't anyone available who was bilingual at the time. So kudos for that. In a few days I received an email from Telmex with my day of installation. The day of my appointment came, noone showed up, no phone call, no update. The progress report just kept saying they were almost there. At 10:30 PM I gave up, and pressed the reschedule option. That didn't work either. I haven't been able to reach anyone since, and no replies to emails either. Are there any other options for us out there?
