Very bad experience here in Alvarado, months since I hired and made the payment and nothing has not put the line, I do not know if it is a serious or flat company it is better to think of some other option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio dijeron que enseguida me hacían mi instalación y ya van más de 2 semanas y sigo esperando, ha pero si uno se atrasa en un pago ahí si que no demoran para cortar el servicio.
Bad service they said that they immediately did my installation to me and they are already more than 2 weeks and I am still waiting, but if one is late in a payment there if they do not delay to cut the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mal servicio literalmente es una mafia el area de instaladores le instalan al que quieren o bien hay que entrarle con una lana y ademas si eres cliente por contar con una linea y deseas emigrar tu linea a fibra optica no te la hacen te la niegan por que lo que quieren es ofrecerle la fibra a nuevos clientes no a los que ya tienen me imagino que por recuperar la invercion pero mal echo por que sus lineas de cobre frecuentemente fallas primero mejorar lo que tienen funcinando y despues nuevos clientes
bad service is literally a mafia the area of installers install what they want or you have to enter with a wool and also if you are a customer for having a line and you want to emigrate your fiber optic line do not make you deny it because what they want is to offer fiber to new clients, not to those who already have, I imagine, to recover the investment but badly because their copper lines often fail first to improve what they have working and then new clients
