P	Paradise Yucatan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui un Viernes a esta oficina, fue muy rapido el servicio, tenia un problema con el modem y no tenia internet (WiFi) en la casa, me tomaron mis datos; el Martes se presentaron a ver el problema, el tecnico queria dejar un moden antiguo y dijo que el no dejaba de los actuales, nos dijo que otro tecnico regresaria ya que habia un cable dañado afuera de la casa, el Miercoles se presento el otro tecnico y todo resuelto; todo muy bien y en corto tiempo, ya que habian dicho que tardarian en ir entre de 3 a 5 dias, lo unico que deberian de actualizar es su sistema de telefonos para reportar problemas con cualquiera de sus servicios. I went to this office on a Friday, the service was very fast, I had a problem with the modem and I didn't have internet (WiFi) at home, they took my data; On Tuesday they showed up to see the problem, the technician wanted to leave an old modem and said that he did not leave the current ones, he told us that another technician would return since there was a damaged cable outside the house, on Wednesday the other technician showed up and all resolved; all very well and in a short time, since they had said that it would take between 3 to 5 days to go, the only thing they should update is their telephone system to report problems with any of their services.
