Para otro tipo de trámites se realiza una reserva por turnos en las instalaciones, ojo, no se aceptan citas mediante Internet ni telefónicas. En la parte frontal se tiene una exhibición de equipos de cómputo de media gama (Lenovo, Acer, HP) y en el interior existe un pequeño lobby donde se forma la fila para hacer pagos, ahí también se exhiben en mostradores equipos de telefonía y pantallas de TV. El personal es amable, al menos mucho mejores que competidores de otras empresas.
The waiting time is usually reasonable in terms of payments (around 10 to 20 minutes). For other types of paperwork a reservation is made in shifts at the facilities, beware, appointments are not accepted via Internet or telephone. In the front part there is an exhibition of mid-range computer equipment (Lenovo, Acer, HP) and inside there is a small lobby where the line is formed to make payments, there are also displayed telephone counters and screens of TV. The staff is friendly, at least much better than competitors from other companies.
