Salí de ahí en menos de 20 minutos.

La atención ha ido a la baja, antes los de servicio al cliente eran más atentos. Antes llevabas a un cambio de módem, por ejemplo, te lo cambiaban rápido en el mismo día, actualmente hay que reportar por teléfono y haces que te quedes hasta dos o tres días sin internet. En fin el servicio pasó de ser bueno a malo.
