★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según ellos muy sofisticado el servicio de atracción a clientes, dónde no tienes posiblidad de hablar con una persona por teléfono, solo whatsapp y chat en página web (los cuales no responden sino 3 horas después, es pésimo y nefasto)

Pero eso si, el recibo bien exacto.

No hacen por arreglar tu detalle que traes con el servicio ( sin servicio por 7 días)
Además te dicen si quiere cancelar el servicio la línea ( telmex ) adelante. Muy, muy mal.
Terrible service.
They do not fix your detail that you bring with the service (without service for 7 days)
They also tell you if you want to cancel the service the line (telmex) go ahead. Very very bad.
