★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente esperaba un mejor trato , además de una vez te comento que para crear tu línea es fácil . Pero para cancelarla por completo únicamente se puede si el titular se presenta . De lo contrario te dirán que "no se puede aún que presentes carta poder o lo que sea"
A lo cual de igual forma recomiendo megacable otra empresa en Ixmiquilpan que tiene igual fallas pero te da mejor velocidad.
Aclaro esa es mi opinión . No recomiendo este sitio
