No soy cliente de esta compañía y solicite su servicio cómo cliente nuevo y ni así pudieron hacer un servicio que pudiera recomendar a está compania. Me dieron diez días máximo para instalar el servicio y pasó un mes y nunca llegó el técnico, a pesar que el personal de atención a clientes me decían que ellos tenían agendados cada tres días las citas y nunca acudieron. Me alegra no tener su servicio y así hacerme saber desde antes que TELMEX no tiene calidad.
