★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dan buen servicio, fue un tema personal en centro atención a clientes en línea telefónica directa en tienda, quería que me revisarán mi caso en específico y el asesor solo me dio una sola alternativa, pagar servicio que no había o que ya no utilice, quería dejarles el módem que me dieron al contratar pero .e dijeron que te iba que pagar todo y pues claro que no voy a pagar por algo que no me dieron y que no utilicé... gracias por contestar
 they give good service, it was a personal issue in the customer service center on the direct telephone line in the store, I wanted them to review my specific case and the advisor only gave me one alternative, to pay for a service that there was not or that I no longer use, I wanted leave them the modem that they gave me when I hired them but they told me that I would have to pay for everything and of course I am not going to pay for something that they did not give me and that I did not use... thanks for answering
