★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué podría decirse de Telmex que ya no se sepa? Tardan en pasarte, los reportes tardan en ser atendidos, mi atención fue buena, pero generalmente poco pueden hacer al momento.
El metrobús vino a empeorar las cosas para la gente que necesitaba atender sus reportes de zonas alejadas y con la entrada del nuevo estas zonas quedarán un tanto vacías a mi parecer.
What could be said about Telmex that is no longer known? They take time to pass you by, reports take time to be attended to, my attention was good, but generally they can do little at the moment.
The metrobus came to make things worse for people who needed to attend to their reports from remote areas and with the entry of the new these areas will be somewhat empty in my opinion.
