y	yazmin amezcua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, llevamos más de 15 días que disque contratamos y es hora que no instalan nada, y los ejecutivos de atención telefónica te dan el avionazo y otros hasta te dicen que llames las veces que quieras que va a ser lo mismo. Habrá que ver la forma de traer otra empresa que le haga competencia a su monopolio a ver si ahora sí se ponen las pilas y nos valoran como clientes. Solo para actualizar, que a más de un mes de espera, es momento que no nos instalan nada. Incluso hoy estuvo un técnico instalando a otros departamentos y le preguntamos y el no tenía asignado nuestro servicio, por lo que llamamos al centro de atención para ver qué se podía hacer y nisiquiera pudieron asignarle el servicio a ese técnico que ya estaba aquí. Que servicio tan nefasto, lamentablemente no hay otro servicio por aquí, ojalá y lo hubiera para cambiarme inmediatamente.
