Un viernes me quedé a 1 persona de ser atendido, el guardia dejo pasar a unas personas que sólo iban por su recibo para pagar, cuando eso lo pueden hacer en el cajero. Regrese el lunes y después de 3 horas de hacer fila realicé mi trámite y en todo ese tiempo me di cuenta que realmente no hacen bien su trabajo dichas personas. Excellent service, but lack of coordination, the guards at the door have no tact in dealing with the public. One Friday I was left with 1 person from being treated, the guard let in some people who only went to get their receipt to pay, when they can do that at the ATM. I came back on Monday and after 3 hours of queuing I did my paperwork and in all that time I realized that these people really don't do their job well.

Me hace un abuso de parte del corporativo al usuario Por motivo de cierre de un negocio y por hueva mía no di de baja mi servicio de ante mano ya se que sigue subiendo aunque no se use. Pasa tiempo y el día de hoy acudo a hacer el pago de 1800 como de 7 rentas y pues pienso cancelar porque no uso la línea. Entonces paso líquido mi adeudo y cuando paso con la chica me dice que la línea ya fue Dada de baja desde marzo y que por políticas de la empresa e deben de cobrar el módem que no entregue el cual traía ahí y pues otros 1500 pesos en si solo fui a darles 1800 y que me reventaran con el módem La.inconsistencoa de esto es que cuando fui a cancelar mucho antes me decían que no se podía dar cancelación porque tenía adeudo entonces cuando el usuario quiere cancelar para que no sigan cobrando no se puede pero ellos si pueden cancelar la línea sin autorización del usuario cuando el número me pertenece Based on my experience today I know.
