★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La interaccion humana es pesima, te atienden de mala manera tanto de forma presencial como por llamada, los tecnicos tardan semanas en reparar las fallas.
En cuanto a sus sistema de cajeros y pagos automatizados no tengo ningun problema, pero si deberian capacitar mejor a sus empleados.
Human interaction is very bad, they attend you in a bad way, both in person and by call, the technicians take weeks to repair the failures.
As for their automated payment and ATM system, I have no problem, but they should better train their employees.

Llaman para decirte que irán a tu casa a atender el reporte y no van, además de que ese mismo día el reporte lo marcan como solucionado haciéndote perder el tiempo y evitando que contrates otro proveedor. Pésimo Servicio. NO CONTRATAR. Gracias.
It's a theft. They do not attend the reports of your modem or line. They call to tell you that they will go to your house to attend to the report and they do not go, in addition to the fact that the same day the report is marked as solved, wasting your time and preventing you from hiring another provider. Terrible service. DO NOT CONTRACT. Thanks.
