Contraté servicio y no regrese con folio ni día de visita. La respuesta fue en el transcurso del día le llega su folio y de ahí en 10 días le dan fecha de instalación. La verdad solo porque es la única empresa que puede brindar servicio en mi domicilio. De no ser así, hay más proveedores con mejor atención al cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los policías de la entrada se sienten los dueños del negocio, no te dejan pasar ni a preguntarle a los empleados que se supone están para eso, son déspotas. La atención de las personas adentro es otra cosa, son amables pero el problema son los perros que segun cuidan.

The attention of the people inside is another thing, they are friendly but the problem is the dogs that they take care of.

La falla continúa 3 días después, sólo dan un folio de reporte y llevamos 2 días completos sin línea y sin internet. Pero que tal si te retrasas 1 día en tu pago... De inmediato te cortan el servicio. Haber si éste tiempo sin servicio lo retribuyen mejor estoy pensando en cambiarme a la competencia.
