★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremadamente difícil cancelar una línea telefónica, nos llevó más de 2 años y nos metieron a buró de crédito y aún cuando entregamos el módem lo tuvimos que pagar, ademas de 6 meses extra de mensualidades, debido a que no nos aceptaban la cancelación, todo ese dinero mas dos meses adicionales para librarnos de Telmex. ¡Un verdadero viacrusis!
Extremely difficult to cancel a phone line, it took us more than 2 years and they put us in the credit bureau and even when we delivered the modem we had to pay it, in addition to 6 extra months of monthly payments, because they did not accept the cancellation, all that money plus two additional months to get rid of Telmex. A true viacrusis!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cierran muy temprano, y te dejan esperando a fuera. Lo peor es que nosotros llegamos desde las 1:30pm y a pesar de que llevabamos esperando mucho tiempo a las 2:00pm dejaron de atendernos a todos
