★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, especialmente el interés en escuchar su problemática es nulo, por su puesto, el resolverle ni siquiera es tomado en cuenta. Si la selección de personal se enfoca en elegir a aquellas personas que funcionen como muro de de quejas o solicitudes, creo que lo hicieron bien.
 Lousy customer service, especially the interest in listening to your problem is null, of course, solving it is not even taken into account. If the selection of personnel is focused on choosing those people who function as a wall for complaints or requests, I think they did well.

Los tiempos de espera son largos desde mi punto de vista y falta quizá alguien que te oriente para saber a qué lugar debes acudir (dentro del recinto) para solucionar tu problema. Si tienes que venir, solo ten paciencia!
I believe that customer service and future customers can improve. The waiting times are long from my point of view and perhaps someone who guides you to know where you should go (inside the enclosure) to solve your problem is missing. If you have to come, just be patient!
