★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden rápido sin ningún problema, buen servicio son amables, solo me a tocado una señora que te saluda de manera desagradable la primera vez pensé que había tenido un mal día pero después me volvió a tocar con ella y fue lo mismo, pero todos los demás todo bien son amables ? en cuanto al servicio que brindan de Internet y telefonía hasta el día de hoy no e tenido problema

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención por los empleados desgraciadamente su internet no cumple con lo que contratas te llegan menos. Y para pagar súper rápido el trámite. Pero para que arreglen un problema de línea o de internet quieren que haga uno reporte tras reporte y tardan mucho es por ello que no recomiendo esta compañía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo ya llevo un mes esperando mi instalación de servicio y no mas nada segun ya tenía fecha de instalación y no llegaron ,fui a la tienda para que me dieran por lo menos una fecha y noe dijeron nada en verdad muy pesimo servicio me atendieron lento y ya como sin ganas de trabajar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ma gerente que se hace llamar Rita Martín de la que subí una foto no tiene actitud de servicio al cliente.
Regresé al lugar porque mi servicio de internet ha tenido fallas constantemente y a esta señora no le importa, ya que dice que es por procedimiento que tengo que esperar 72 horas que equivalen a 2 a 5 días hábiles, desde ahí la persona disque gerente no tiene conocimiento ni de matemáticas básicas.
Por supuesto no lo recomiendo.
