★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron mal la cancelación, mejor en teléfono me cancelaron todo y no pagué nada.
Un mes después: me llega el recibo de $2,000 y en teléfono me dicen que no registraron el modelo del módem y la fecha en el que lo entregué y que me están cobrando el servicio y el módem, pero en sus sistema dice que si lo entregué y lo del servicio ya esta pagado, que llame en 10 días.
Pd. El mismo día que me instalaron el servicio me cancelaron el servicio por que me llegaba de 700kb el internet cuando era de 20MB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, desde el Vigilante que está en la entrada que es nefasto, hasta la gente que te atiende en el interior. Yo fuí a comprar un teléfono celular y el tipo que atendía parecía que yo se lo estaba pidiendo regalado. Le pregunté que si le pagaban por vender los teléfonos a lo cual me contestó que no, ahí fuí en dónde me di cuenta que le valía si compraba. Mientras tengas a personal que no le importe tratar bien a los clientes porque de todos modos cobra su sueldo. Va ser difícil que atiendan bien a la gente. No regreso a esa tienda.
