★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo cuatro días sin servicio (internet) y es imposible que alguien me ayude por teléfono. Solo es uno atendido por grabaciones. Es frustrante que una compañía tan grande tenga tan pésimo servicio. Me molesta solo de pensar el mal rato que me van a hacer pasar en persona.
 I have four days without service (internet) and it is impossible for someone to help me by phone. It is only one attended by recordings. It is frustrating that such a large company has such terrible service. It bothers me just to think of the bad time that they are going to put me through in person.

El poco personal que hay, da un atención nada profesional, invitandote a no acudir nunca, te mandan a hablar a la línea de aclaración donde jamás te contestan,en escritorio te "atienden" más afuerza que de ganas, eso interrumpiendo su conversación de whats que tienen, flojera al mil. Mejor cambien de linea y eviten esto!!
Terrible... The few staff that there are, give unprofessional attention, inviting you never to go, they send you to speak to the clarification line where they never answer you, at the desk they "attend" you more forcefully than willingly, that interrupting their conversation about whats they have, a thousand laziness. Better change lines and avoid this!!
