Es lento, falla mucho y al reportarlo te dicen que es por la zona y bueno yo opino que deben mejorar mucho el servicio sea la zona que sea. Sino se van a perder muchos cliente y las quejas y reportes no van a terminar. Gracias.
The service at the window is friendly, attentive is the service which leaves much to be desired. It is slow, it fails a lot and when you report it they tell you that it is for the area and well I think that they should improve the service a lot, whatever the area is. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. No internet for three weeks plus. Several phone calls and personal visit to the main office, the answer is the same. It will be fixed in couple of days. I hope and wish telmex executives will introduce customer service suveys to measure their employees performance.
