★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrate mi servicio el 23 de Mayo del presente año, Nunca tuve internet, les llame diario esperando que sus ingenieros "especializados" fueran capaces de resolver mi problema y dijeron que no me llegaría el recibo hasta que se solucionara el problema, resulta que me llego el recibo y por un descuido mi padre pago un servicio que nunca recibimos en fin fue otro mes sin internet llamando hasta que me faltaron al respeto decido ir a la sucursal personalmente y exponer mi problema y fueron y resulta que la infraestructura para su cableado esta mal, han pasado prácticamente dos meses desde que contrate el servicio y la verdad lo voy a cancelar porque no es posible que ni faltando 5 días para terminar el mes se dignen a venir a arreglar su problema mínimo espero que no me vayan a cobrar otra vez tengan tantita vergüenza
