★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio de Internet de mexico, o al menos el peor que he tenido, tardan en atender si hay fallas,requiero un técnico y es el 4to día consecutivo que me dicen que en 24 horas resolverán el problema y que lamentan la tardanza, quiero un técnico pase a revisar el problema, no que se disculpen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lo peor en cuanto servicio al cliente, no es posible que no puedan dar el servicio adecuado, ellos solos se contradicen.
No cumplen con sus tiempos de respuesta, además el servicio de Internet y teléfono es pésimo. No responden en los números que tienen.
Cuelgan antes de escuchar que sucede con tu servicio.
Si pudiera no le pondría ninguna estrella

They do not meet their response times, also the Internet and telephone service is lousy. They don't reply on the numbers they have.
They hang up before hearing what happens with your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísima tengo dos meses con esta compañia y puros problemas me quedo sin servicio he ido todos los días desde que me quedé nuevamente sin servicio y me dicen que no tengo técnico asignado y le digo a la persona de atención que como es posible si he venido todos los días y todo esto desde el 4 de febrero y es el tiempo que sigo sin servicio y me dicen que vienen x día y sigo esperando haber cuando se digna Telmex a ver por qué no tengo el servicio 24058024 desde el 22 de enero empece con los problemas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos ineptos muy mala atención y servicio, estube desde el día 9 de abril hasta el día 25 de abril sin internet, y hoy se me acaba de volver a ir por qué un trabajador de Telmex se subío al poste que me suministra Internet, no sé si sus trabajadores no estén capacitados o que, pero me acaba de dejar de nuevo sin internet, y cuando hablo para hacer mi queja no me quieren contestas y me cortan la llamada cuando pongo mi número de teléfono. MAL SERVICIO E INEPTITUD DE LOS TRABAJADORES!!
