Telmex - 97320 Progreso

Although TelMex internet is good, meaning that it still works, they have nonexistent customer service. In my instance, I have spent days trying to get them to let me log onto their website or app just to pay the bill. The 800 number people say visit the office, the office says make contact through WhatsApp and the WhatsApp people say to call the 800 number. They are completely disinterested. Even emails are ignored. So avoid TelMex. Izzi has a great reputation and I know that they actually care about their customers. TelMex clearly doesn't ------------ As you can see TelMex sent me a copy and paste answer implying that they have an interest in resolving the problem.They don't. Based on my never-ending circular conversations with them, they will do nothing except to pretend they care. Don't use Telmex services, they don't care. And if you go with TelMex, I think you will quickly realize that my comments were accurate. They did everything they said they would do, I highly recommend Telmex!

I went there to check availability for wired internet at our home. The waiting time was minimal, and they provided excellent service while I was there.

Hmmm... pay for internet service that they don't deliver on. Complain. Get promised 2 months of refunds that never get credited. Complain about that. Get promised the same again plus a promis to communicate progress. No communication and still no credit. Complain again, now a few months later and the employee who repeatedly promised the credit you still don't have has moved to another city. No record of this promised credit was ever noted in my customer record. Now they are offering just one month of credit.

Turned in our modem. Good service very helpful person.

Waiting almost 2 weeks no service they came out then said they were going check for line connection Never came back or messaged until we messaged them 2hrs later terrible customer service and I'm going to lose my JOB without internet God give me strength Update we called izzi Friday afternoon They emailed Saturday THE NEXT DAY guy came out Sunday and hooked us up Don't waste your time Just use izzi fast reliable and very professional Less than 3 days we had internet OVER THE WEEKEND
