First Jessica lead us trough a beautiful Temazcal ritual including smudging, nice herbs, a cup of tasty Temazcal, inspiring sounds, healing and practices. We were there together as a couple and we truly left more relaxed and also more connected with ourselves and each other :-) very heart opening and grounding! Good vibes…
Afterwards we got a great massaje. The people here are real and friendly. If you want a beautiful and indigenous Temazcal experience, this is your place. I would truly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experiences we had in Mexico! The Temezcal was truly a beautiful ceremony that was heart opening and purifying. I left as a different person, relaxed and fulfilled.
The ceremony was well guided by Jessica, who helped us to connect with Madre Tierra, the helping energies and with each other.
Grateful to experience the magic of Mexico in this traditional ceremony

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had an amazing temazcal experience here! The shaman (Janet) is very empathetic and knowledgeable about the human spirit and mind. It was a very profound experience. I would call it "psychotherapy in the sauna" haha

They’re well organized, and clean— door to door taxi service was fantastic! Jessica, our Temazcal guide was amazing despite the language barrier between English/Spanish. We’re lucky to have been a part of this, worth it if you have the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book it, book it, book it! We’ve had an incredible time in Oaxaca and this still tops the list as the most incredible experience of it all. We speak very little Spanish but still managed to communicate throughout the ceremony. I went with my partner and it was a beautiful bonding experience for us. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an amazing and unforgettable experience. I am originally from Romania, so never in my wildest dreams had I thought I would have the chance to have such n experience. My husband and I had a beautiful couple temazcal and massage. The lady, Jenny ( do not exactly recall her name) who guided our temazcal ceremony inspired us to always find our inner strength and she was pleasant. The whole experience was very spiritual and very bonding for my husband and I. I was tried by strong emotions and I felt so empowered and free after the temazcal ceremony. We also enjoyed a couples message and a nice meal. Everything is clean and well organized. El Maestro, came by to check on us and ensure that we are treated well. It was a nice detail.
We definitely recommend Casa de las Macaras!
