Nous sommes rentrés dans une sorte de trans sans pouvoir réellement l'expliquer mais nous avons pu vider nos esprits totalement, on se sent apaisé depuis. Sergio à vraiment été adorable et patient avec nous qui ne parlons pas très bien l'espagnol. Nous avons hâte de voir les effets à terme sur notre corps et esprit. Cela a été une magnifique expérience de partage, tout est très spirituel et surtout : il ne s'agit pas d'un attrape touriste.omme on pourrait le voir dans certains endroits. Tout est très authentique et la cérémonie a demandé à Sergio beaucoup de préparation. Merci encore pour tout, c'était exceptionnel !!!
Today we did the temazcal de las mascaras with Sergio. It was an extraordinary experience. We got into a kind of trans without being able to really explain it but we were able to empty our minds completely, we feel calm since. Sergio was really lovely and patient with us who don't speak Spanish very well. We can't wait to see the long term effects on our body and mind. It was a wonderful experience of sharing, everything is very spiritual and above all: it is not a tourist trap as we could see in some places. Everything is very authentic and the ceremony took a lot of preparation from Sergio. Thank you again for everything, it was exceptional !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temazcalero Sergio is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained the origins and philosophy of the sacred temazcal ritual, and spiritually supported us thru the cleansing process. The Temazcal of Masks goes trhu four rounds, each corresponding to one of the elements. At the end one sheds the untrue characters and is reborn.
