★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes sus servicios, hemos enviado a nuestros huéspedes y han quedado muy satisfechos, leyendo otros comentarios me molesta que existan damas de compañía externas al temazcal que estafen a los turistas ofreciendo cosas que no son, por favor no se dejen engañar, chequen directamente con los encargados de cualquier servicio que quieren y no con guías que ofrecen demás , nos afectan a todos los que realmente nos dedicamos al turismo.
 Excellent services, we have sent our guests and they have been very satisfied, reading other comments it bothers me that there are company ladies outside the temazcal who scam tourists by offering things that are not, please do not be fooled, check directly with the In charge of any service they want and not with guides who offer others, they affect all of us who really dedicate ourselves to tourism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente experiencia!!! Desde que llegamos nos atendieron con todas las medidas de sanidad por la Pandemia, nos ofrecieron donde cambiarnos. Todo un ritual para ahuyentar las malas energías antes entrar al temazcal, nos dieron una clara explicación sobre lo que íbamos a experimentar, disfrutamos de una temperatura bastante elevada, nos explicaron que al menos eran 50° duro aproximadamente 1 hora, hicimos ejercicios de meditación y yoga todo supervisado por el chaman don Joel que nos dijo que tiene más de 30 años en esta actividad, pudimos disfrutar también una sesión de masaje, ya que dado el estado de relajación que alcanzamos en el temazcal, el masaje es como la cereza del pastel y aunque era por una cuota adicional, se me hizo bastante accesible. En general se los recomiendo ampliamente, fueron muy gentiles, estoy seguro que la próxima vez que vuelva a Oaxaca, no podrá faltar mi sesión de temazcal y un rico masaje.

In general, I highly recommend them, they were very kind, I am sure that the next time I return to Oaxaca, I will not be able to miss my temazcal session and a delicious massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Tourist rip off scam. Will never go back. Not hot. They lied that our package included massage, but it didn't. They said we could have all the time we want inside but cut us off before 1 hour. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. I called to ask about the temazcal experience and was told it would be 3 hours including a massage. When we arrived they told us it's only 1 hour in the temazcal and the other hour was a cleansing ritual which only took 5 minutes to perform. After being rushed out of the temazcal they wanted to UPCHARGE the massage for $600 pesos per person which is OVER PRICED. They didn't tell me this when I called on the phone the whole experience was OVER PRICED. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
