★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este local se queda con el dinero y después no contesta llamadas, yo confié y les hice un pedido ahí en su local y después ya no contestaba mensajes solo llamadas luego le liquidé y ya salieron que hubo complicaciones con la máquina y después de eso ya no volvieron a contestar ni por mensaje, email o llamadas. Si quieres regalar tu dinero y hacer corajes esta es la mejor opción.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUCHO CUIDADO! ESTA EMPRESA dirigida por Alejandra y vendedores como Miguel no tienen el menor compromiso con sus clientes. Hice un par de pedidos a la empresa. Ademas de que NO CUMPLEN CON LOS TIEMPOS DE ENTREGA, ME NEGARON LAS FACTURAS. Les exigí al vendedor Miguel O. durante 3 semanas la factura y siempre me dió largas. Me decía que ya las tenian que NO ME PREOCUPARA DE NADA. Acabó el mes fiscal y nunca las mandaron. Despues hable con quien se hace llamar la "DIRECTORA" y su respuesta fue que yo CLIENTE hice un deposito a una cuenta "NO FISCAL" misma que ellos me dieron. Me respondió de manera desinteresada que no me iban a poder facturar y que lo viera con el vendedor. Me dejó de contestar las llamadas y el vendedor hasta me bloqueó. Eso señores se llama evasión fiscal y peor aún UN SERVICIO AL CLIENTE DE TERCER MUNDO. Esta empresa es para mediocres, no cabe duda que lo barato sale caro.
GREAT CARE! THIS COMPANY directed by Alejandra and vendors like Miguel do not have the slightest commitment to their customers. I placed a couple of orders with the company. In addition to NOT MEETING THE DELIVERY TIMES, THE INVOICES WERE DENIED. I demanded the seller Miguel O. for 3 weeks the invoice and he always gave me long. He told me that they already had them that I WOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING. The fiscal month ended and they never sent them. Then I spoke with who calls herself the "DIRECTOR" and their response was that I CUSTOMER made a deposit to a "NON-TAX" account that they gave me. He answered me disinterestedly that they would not be able to bill me and that I see it with the seller. He stopped answering my calls and the salesperson even blocked me. That gentlemen is called tax evasion and even worse A THIRD WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company is for the mediocre, there is no doubt that cheap is expensive.
