Su iglesia marcaba el centro de ese pueblo que hoy ha sido invadido por el urbanismo que ha vuelto a esa zona muy codiciada, con viviendas de lujo.
 San Felipe del Agua is an old town located north of the city of Oaxaca, on the slopes of Cerro San Felipe that has a spring whose stream fed the life and growth of the Oaxaca capital. His church marked the center of that town that today has been invaded by urbanism that has returned to that coveted area, with luxury homes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar esta bonito y suele ser muy tranquilo por as tardes. La fiesta patronal es el 1° de mayo. Las vistas desde el punto hacia las montañas son muy buenas, especialmente en la mañana.
The place is beautiful and it is usually very quiet for afternoons. The patronal feast is May 1st. The views from the point towards the mountains are very good, especially in the morning.

This Roman Catholic church is located in the north of the city, there are few masses a day, you always have to ask for schedules and arrive at a good time to find parking nearby.
