★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ex convento agustino del S XVI, perteneciente a la Ruta de ex conventos de las faldas del volcán, Patrimonio de la Humanidad. Tristemente afectado por el sismo del 2017, está cerrado pero me parece puedes tener suerte de que esté abierto.
Former 16th century Augustinian convent, belonging to the Route of former convents on the slopes of the volcano, a World Heritage Site. Sadly affected by the 2017 earthquake, it is closed but I think you may be lucky that it is open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubicado en el municipio de Zacualpan de Amilpas en el estado de Morelos se encuentra el Templo y ex convento de la Inmaculada Concepción, data del siglo XVI y fue fundada por los Agustinos, es una construcción increíble con arcos de cantera y todo su atrio está bardeado lo cual hace que se vea imponente el complejo como una fortaleza, sus jardines están muy bien cuidados y bien vale la pena pasear ... es parte de la ruta de los conventos... tristemente está en remodelación /reparación por los daños que sufrió en el temblor del 2017 ... al parecer van muy lentos y es una lástima verlo en esas condiciones. Esperemos pronto puedan terminar.
Located in the municipality of Zacualpan de Amilpas in the state of Morelos is the Temple and former convent of the Immaculate Conception, it dates from the 16th century and was founded by the Augustinians, it is an incredible construction with quarry arches and its entire atrium is fenced which makes the complex look imposing like a fortress, its gardens are very well cared for and well worth a walk ... it is part of the convents route ... sadly it is being remodeled / repaired due to the damage it suffered in the earthquake of 2017 ... apparently they are very slow and it is a pity to see them in such conditions. We hope they can finish soon.
