Cuenta con un frontispicio con remate mixtilineo que se recoge en los laterales a manera de roleos. Por su parte, la torre campanario se compone de tres cuerpos decorados con guardamalletas azules y presentando por cada cara un vano de medio punto desde donde se divisan las campanas. En el remate se aprecian curiosas imágenes compuestas por un casquete amarillo y cuatro rostros rojizos, uno por cada esquina, sobre los cuales se colocó una suerte de nubes azuladas que reciben a la Cruz que remata al inmueble. Cieneguilla tiene la tradición de los Xuchiles: Estructuras efímeras erigidas mediante el tejido de carrizo y madera. Posteriormente, son revestidas de múltiples artesanías que la comunidad ofrece en agradecimiento y en forma de veneración, como bordados y el tejido de la "cucharilla" (elemento amarillo claro que le da vida al Xuchil), misma que se produce de manera responsable por parte de los pobladores para mantener un equilibrio ecológico. Por cada planta de cucharilla cortada, se siembran 100 más. The front of the Church dates from the 17th century and is covered by a colorful polychrome with geometric patterns. It has a frontispiece with a mixed line finish that is collected on the sides in the manner of scrolls. For its part, the bell tower is made up of three bodies decorated with blue valances and presenting on each side a semicircular opening from which the bells can be seen. Curious images composed of a yellow cap and four reddish faces can be seen in the auction, one for each corner, on which a kind of bluish clouds were placed that receive the Cross that finishes off the building. Cieneguilla has the tradition of the Xuchiles: ephemeral structures erected by weaving reeds and wood. Subsequently, they are covered with multiple crafts that the community offers in gratitude and in the form of veneration, such as embroidery and the weaving of the "cucharilla" (a light yellow element that gives life to the Xuchil), which is produced responsibly by of the inhabitants to maintain an ecological balance.
