A very interesting place, full of history and above all priceless jewelry, much support is needed to fix that place, it is incredible that they do not give it the required attention!

An old and very original church is beautiful from where you see it and its patio is very large.

It is perhaps the least attended and most neglected jewel that I have ever seen in Puebla. It has the largest atrium of all the temples and churches in the Historic Center, formerly a cemetery, the temple is now a green meadow covered with herbs and trees that make it impossible to fully appreciate the structure of the temple. The current tempo was finished in 1687 but there were antecedents of the construction in this place of hermitages and other temples since 1626, when the place was originally conceived to serve the Tlaxcala indigenous who came to build Puebla. It had several periods, constructions, demolitions and changes until arriving at what we can see when entering. It has a baroque façade and the interior is decorated in the same style but, unlike others, you can see the patina of time and the scars on the stone of the passage of time. It is rarely visited, it could say that an unknown treasure, hence the remoteness of its location with respect to the center make it an unattractive place. I appreciate the silence and peace of the place, the humid and dark environment that sent me back in time. Efforts should be made to conserve them so that the elements do not take a toll on the construction.

Beautiful, it is the oldest Temple in Puebla. Meet him on Sundays at 9 am mass. Admire the beauty of his paintings.
