★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. Mi colchon que compre a los 4 meses se hundio, procedi a la garantia gue un ajustador y dijo que procedia un cambio. Llevo 3 meses esperando el colchon y nadie me atiende. Llamo y me trasladan con edwin ambriz y me dijo que tengo que esperar hasta que tenga ruta de entrega. Para esto era desde octubre y no pasa nada no contesta el ni su jefe Cesar Romo. No hay seguimiento ni llamadas. mAL el servicio a clientes.

Y la entrega del pedido es rápido, el único inconveniente fue solo con el vigilante de la entrada de vehículos no da indicaciones y se molesta que uno hace las cosas como sé deben hacer siendo que ignoramos el reglamento
