I had a spicy tuna roll and it was not bad, though I thought it was a bit small and plain since it didn't have some of the stuff I associate with spicy rolls like avocado and spicy mayonnaise. I also ordered the salmon teriyaki and this was very good, the portion size was good and it tasted delicious; if I come back it will be because I liked this a lot. Finally I ordered a fried plantain for dessert. One thing that annoyed me was that it didn't come with ice cream like it would have at any Japanese restaurant in Canada, but instead it comes with a strawberry sauce that tasted like ketchup. So I had to pay extra for ice cream and I hate that. Just serve this with vanilla ice cream! And use banana instead of plantain! That's how it's supposed to be!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea why this place got so many good reviews. When we came, the waiter didn’t welcome us, he was talking on the phone while handing out the menu to us. Only after my boyfriend said „buenas noches“, the waiter responded but then talked on the phone again. Absolutely rude.
The tonkatsu ramen was a joke. I ordered it from the daily menu. While the tonkatsu (fried meat) was good, the ramen itself was a poor tiny little soup which had no flavour at all. No vegetables, only some spring onions. The portion was so small, I really thought it‘s a joke and the waiter would soon come with more.
