★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron un precio de alaciado, cuando llegué me lo preguntaron y dijeron que había otro del triple, dije que ya me habían dado un precio, entonces no me lavaron el cabello ni al principio ni al final, sólo lo enjuagaron y al parecer usaron producto barato , me quemaron todas las puntas, le echaron la culpa al proceso de tinte previo pero obvio no lo llevaba así y me venden un producto para mejorarlo que ni sabía como abrir la vendedora. Jamás volvería ni lo recomendaría. Ahora tendré que pagar para reconstrucción.
They gave me a price for straightening, when I arrived they asked me and said there was another triple, I said that they had already given me a price, so they didn't wash my hair either at the beginning or at the end, they just rinsed it and apparently they used product cheap, they burned all the tips, they blamed the previous dyeing process but obviously it wasn't like that and they sell me a product to improve it that I didn't even know how to open the salesperson. I would never return or recommend it. Now I will have to pay for rebuilding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer tuve la primera experiencia fatal, me dejaron horrible , nada de lo que pedi y a parte me quemaron el cabello , espero una solución y que soy clinte desde hace 2 años espero la devolución de mi dinero o bien me lo arreglen.
Yesterday I had the first fatal experience, they left me horrible, nothing I asked for and apart from that they burned my hair, I am waiting for a solution and I have been a client for 2 years I am waiting for my money to be returned or they will fix it for me.
