★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La etencion es buena al llegar y al lavar el cabello, pero quien corta lo hace como quiere y tratan tu cabello como si fuera cualquier cosa no les importa si te lo maltratan y siempre critican tu cabello para venderte sus productos.
 The care is good when you arrive and when you wash your hair, but those who cut do it the way they want and they treat your hair as if it were anything they don't care if they mistreat you and they always criticize your hair to sell their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quemaron el cabello, tuve que contármelo. Seguro usaron puro formol para un alaciado. Pedí la devolución del dinero y después de un tiempo lo devolvieron pero lo quemado ya con nada mejoró.
They burned my hair, I had to tell it. They must have used pure formaldehyde for a straightening. I asked for the money back and after a while they returned it but what was burned with nothing improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar. Mi novia dió instrucciones precisas de como quería su corte de cabello y la persona que se lo corto hizo lo que quería. Le daban mas instrucciones y la chica seguía opinando en contra y haciendo lo que quería.
La secadora que usaron ya no hace el trabajo y sólo le maltrato el cabello.
No es la primera vez que le pasa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quemaron el cabello, me fui a cortar el pelo y a ponerme tratamiento y quedo peor… cuando me lo empezó a planchar le dije a la chica que sino me iba a poner protector de calor y me dijo que no era necesario por el tratamiento, de igual manera la recepcionista dijo lo mismo y cuando toque mi cabello se sentía super quemado y enredado.
Regrese y les dije que me lo habían quemado y me dijeron que así se sentía por el tratamiento.
They burned my hair, I went to cut my hair and get treatment and it turned out worse... when I started ironing it I told the girl that otherwise I was going to put on a heat protector and she told me that it was not necessary because of the treatment, anyway the receptionist said the same thing and when i touched my hair it felt super burnt and tangled.
I came back and told them it had been burned and they said that's how it felt because of the treatment.
