★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen promociones en exhibición en el salón que dice JUEVES 2*1 manicura 2*1 al preguntar por está se limitan a decir que NO TIENEN PERSONAL y que NO ESTA VIGENTE. En lugar de ofrecer alguna solución al cliente se hechan la pelota uno a otro.

Deberían de contratar personal capacitado, con vocación para atender a los clientes y con capacidad para dar soluciones a los problemas causados por los servicios. Casi 4 horas para una base.
Aunado a que no hacen válidos los puntos ganados, parece ser una mentira lo de los puntos.

El segundo día me volvieron a cortar el cabello con la misma chava pero me pintaron el cabello con otra diferente. El punto es que cuando me lo cortaron me quedo bien pero cuando me lo pintaron nada que ver!!
Primero: pedí un balayage que es pintarse el cabello lo más natural, que sea como uno o dos tonos más claros que tú cabello natural.
Segundo: le pedí que el color fuera cenizo
Tercero: no me lo así, hizo lo que ella quiso. Me dejó muy güero el cabello, no me hizo los rayos bien, no me dejó cenizo el cabello. Les muestro cómo es que quedó de mal, la primera foto es mi cabello natural, la Segunda es como que quería que quedara y la tercera es como quedó.
Vayan con personas que si sepan que pintan bien el cabello :(
