★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicieron una cotización aceptable y los productos son de buena calidad, sin embargo resultó ser demasiado lenta la entrega, la comunicación con la persona que me atendió totalmente complicada. 10 días después de la fecha programada llegaron a instar y sin que hubieran terminado la instalación ya me estaban solicitando que liquidara el restante. Me parece interesante como funcionan ciertos negocios, para algunas cosas lentos, ineficientes, inpuntuales, y para otras cosas muy efectivos y eficientes, ojalá que alguien les platique de la calidad total. Definitivamente no volvería a comprar aquí.
They made an acceptable quotation and the products are of good quality, however the delivery turned out to be too slow, the communication with the person who treated me totally complicated. 10 days after the scheduled date they came to urge and without having finished the installation they were already asking me to liquidate the rest. I find it interesting how certain businesses work, for some slow, inefficient, punctual things, and for other very effective and efficient things, hopefully someone will talk to you about total quality. I would definitely not buy again here.
