Compre un piso de su marca (tendenzza) porcelanico el cual salio chueco acazuelado!!! no querian hacer la devolucion!!! me ofrecieron otras opciones(la gerente Verenice Aramburo y su subordinada Marisol ) a las cuales me vi obligado a acceder con la condicion de cambiarlo al parejo por la compra ya hecha ! Tuve que cambiar el proyecto de combinacion de cocinas, granitos diseño de interior de mi proyecto arquitectónico!!!todo para que me dijeran que no habia material y que el cambio de piso ya nos les convenia por el costo ! Y yo les pregunto ???? Y 4 semanas de obra parada y cambio de materiares y de proyecto ??? Saben cuanto dinero implica ??!!!! Muchisimoooo !!! Y al final de cuentas me quieren cobrar una diferencia de casi el doble!!!cuando quedaron de darlo al mismo costo por la problematica que se presento con el piso anterior . Por lo que no recomiendo para nada esta marca y me arrepiento bastante de esta compra y el trato que tiene su gente que los representa . Terrible service !!!! So I do not recommend this brand at all and I regret this purchase and the treatment of its people who represent them.
