No toman temperatura ni hay desinfectante y no sanitizan las habitaciones. Tampoco hacen nada por dar indicaciones de sana distancia. Unfortunately they do not give importance to the indications for COVID. They do not keep the use of masks to all the guests. They do not take temperature nor there is disinfectant and they do not sanitize the rooms. Nor do they do anything to give indications of healthy distance.

Gran experiencia , tienen que visitarlo , tip es increíble para los niños, no olviden traje de baño y varios cambios de ropa para los niños ya que hay muchas actividades . La comida regular pero abundante. Hidratación constante y de sabores ??. Los camastros son para niños, los adultos podemos sufrir un poco. La cama muy cómoda y suave. Que si regresaría? No! Place with activities mainly for children from 4 to 11 years old, with additional cost. It lacks maintenance and cleaning in the pools. Regular but abundant food. Constant hydration and flavors ??. Los juegos para los niños están súper organizados y no tienen un momento para aburrirse. La mesa para comer está reservada para que no sea compartida. Hay medidas de higiene. Usan cubrebocas. Muy recomendable Very good experience. Glamping is comfortable. The most remarkable thing is the attention, all very attentive and helpful. The activities are family friendly, and the Animadores were wonderful. The food was delicious!!! Our tent was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The shower had hot water, and the toilet was super convenient. We participated in the mini golf, painting, trampoline, soccer field, table games, playground. We didn't know there was a 20 minute pick up truck ride from the parking place to the camp site, but that's okay. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and had a smile. This is a terrific vacation for covid times!
