Had 2 boxes taken for later snacks.
Really enjoyed the thai curry again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tepetate Pian Thai, on Hidalgo Street, is one of my very favorite restaurants in Ajijic. Even though I tell myself each time I go, that I will order something new, I continue to order their Drunken Noodle with shrimp, which is awesome. I must also say that they have the *best Piña Coladas* in all of Ajijic -- and I've tried an awful lot of them!
I especially enjoy sitting on the 2nd floor lanai, where waiter Rufino takes excellent care of his guests. I can't say enough about how great this restaurant is ...... and, oh yes, they have immaculately clean and well supplied restrooms!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful Thai food in the heart of Ajijic. I ordered Chicken and Shrimp with Cashews. My husband ordered Yellow Curry with Chicken. I drank lemongrass tea that was refreshing and soothing. Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is cooked fresh and comes to your table nice and hot. The proportions are generous and the food us very flavorful. They bring two small dishes which you can add of flavoring, and one is very spicy (hot) and the other is soy sauce. A great place to eat.

While it doesn't serve the most authentic Thai food in the universe, Tepetate nevertheless delivers tasty meals in a small, intimate setting.
Service is attentive and welcoming, and prices are fair, making this a great place to grab a quick bite.
